These terms govern your access to and use of Nirfit, including its personalized fitness planning, AI-generated influencer coaching, workout tracking, and related services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nirfit. Some regions set a higher age for digital consent; if you are below that age in your region, you need parental or guardian consent to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
AI-generated coaching
Your influencer’s coaching responses, chat replies, and training programs are produced by artificial intelligence in the style of the influencer you choose. The influencer does not personally write or review individual messages. Influencer names and likenesses are used under agreement with each influencer.
Fitness and health disclaimer
Nirfit provides general fitness information and is not medical advice and not a substitute for a physician. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, condition, or concern. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are offered through an automatically renewing App Store subscription priced at $12.99 per month or $99.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Billing and cancellation are handled by Apple. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; the subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Influencer content and guidance
Programs and responses are educational fitness guidance, not personalized medical advice. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Influencer likenesses, methods, and content remain protected intellectual property.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Nirfit, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as progress photos and messages. You grant Nirfit the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change as Nirfit evolves. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nirfit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules.
